RE; Request for Permit to fix Plumbing Leak
I am the Sec/ Treasurer of Rose Pointe Condominiums. I live at 21307 76t" Ave.
West, #11, Edmonds, WA 98026. Our condominiums consist of two buildings
with 12 units. The front building address is 21311 76t" Ave West and the Back
Building is 21307 76t" Ave West, Edmonds WA 98026.
We suspected a leak when we received a large water bill. Two days ago, on
January 16t", American Leak Detectors located an underground leak in the water
line from the main water meter to the closest building, the front building at
21311.
We've scheduled Mill Creek Plumbing to fix the leak on January 22"d. We are
requesting a permit to get this done.
Below is lay out of the location of the leak. As you can see, it is located 30 inches
in front of the water utility shed. Pictures will accompany this.
