Tony and Sid, We are working with Bodine Construction to repair blocked storm drainpipes on our property. As part of the fix proposed by Bodine, we are required to connect to the City of Edmonds' storm drain basin. The closest basin is in the City's utility easement on your property and the City has asked that we coordinate with you for authorization for our contractor, Bodine Construction, to enter your property and to connect to the city's storm drain catch basin. If there are any repairs required for our storm drainpipe, we will be responsible for the repair of our pipes and we will provide you with prior notice if repair personnel need access to the utility easement. Could you please confirm that you authorize Bodine Construction to connect our storm drainpipe to the catch basin located on the city's utility easement on your property?
