Call to Order: Meeting was called to order by Ashley Robinson
Members Present: Melissa Johnson, Tracy Little, Richard Marin, Kerry Radley, Ashley Robinson and Lin
Russell.
Staff Present: Cara Brown, Angie Feser
Guests Present:
Members Absent: Joan Longstaff, Josie Marshall
Approval of Minutes: November minutes were approved.
Chair Report:
Angie thanked Melissa and Tracey for their work with our cemetery sextant documenting operating
procedures. Budget issues and a preliminary increase in charges was begun, this will be continued next
month.
Copies of the Cemetery Reconciliation Reports have been requested for all Cemetery Board Members.

Old Business:
Melissa Kerry and Richard will begin finalizing our 2025 Memorial Day Program.
New Business:
Angie Feser will visit next month with more audit and pricing information.
Meeting was adjourned at 4:03 p.m.
