Good Afternoon,
I am writing to formally inform you that I have decided to not proceed with the permitting process to obtain a business license in the City of Edmonds. Unfortunately, the process has
proven to be overly complex, costly, and time-consuming.
Moving forward, I will advise any prospective tenants interested in operating a licensed family home childcare in my home that they will be limited to a maximum of six children due to
the rigorous permitting and business licensing requirements.
I have since relocated to the City of Seattle, where I will continue providing childcare services in my new home. Meanwhile, Muna will proceed with obtaining her business license to
care for up to six children.
