Approval of this permit is contingent upon replanting requirements as outlined below. Please
choose one of the followin&.
Plant one replacement tree on the subject property from the following approved list (with
cultivar considerations and size):
• American hornbeam (Carpinus carohniana): Native Flame 30x25 or Rising Fire 3Ox15
• Persian ironwood (Parrotia persica): Persian Spire 30x10 or Ruby Vase 30x20
• Black tupelo (Nyssa sylvatica): Afterburner 40x25 or Gum Drop 30x20
• Vanderwolf's pyramid limber pine (Pinus flexilis) 35x15: Smaller form of Limber pine.
Slow growing.
2. Donate 3 trees to parks from the approve list below:
• Grand fir
• Western hemlock
• Big leaf maple
• Vine maple
*Permit extension granted until June 6, 2025 to allow for compliance. Tree shall be planted or
donated to parks prior to expiration of permit.
