REQUEST FOR TREE REMOVAL PERMIT
As an HOA board member of Town Squire Condominiums I am requesting a permit for the removal
of a dead and fallen deciduous tree on the property located at 7924 212th St. SW., Edmonds.
It is about seven caliper inches at the base and is up against the foundation wall of the building.
A site plan and photographs have been provided along with the permit application.
