The Breakwater Board is conditionally approving the plumbing work as discussed for
Unit 2C of the Breakwater Condominiums in Edmonds Washington.
• Change of plumbing from a standard tub/shower to a shower only, Hall Bathroom
• R&R bathroom faucet, Hall Bathroom
• R&R bathroom faucet, Primary Bedroom w/c
• R&R faucet, Kitchen sink
This plumbing work must be done by a Licensed, Bonded, and Insured professional
plumber, with a subsequent inspection and report to be provided upon completion.
