A new beam and posts will be designed to support the framing above. The exsisting gravity system consists of wood trusses, joists, beams, columns and stud walls on a shallow concrete spread footing foundation. The new posts will stack down to an existing concrete foundation wall below. Scope of Work We will provide stamped structural calculations in accordance with the current building code.
