Ordinance 25800006.15013 WSS/naa 08/20/86 ORDINANCE NO. 2580 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2505 GRANTING APPROVAL TO A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS THE POINT OF EDMONDS BY ADOPTING RS-20 SETBACKS THEREFORE AND A TWENTY-FIVE FOOT PROJECT PERIMETER SETBACK ON ALL LOTS EXCEPT FOR LOTS 8 AND 9, THEREOF WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved a PRD known as the Point of Edmonds by Ordinance No. 2505, WHEREAS, the approved setbacks would prevent the effective development of certain lots due to a reduced building site inconsistent with reasonable economic and practical use of the lots, and WHEREAS, the Council deems it in the public interest to provide a twenty-five (25) foot perimeter setback around the development, provided, however, that Lots 8 and 9 should be exempted because such a setback would destroy the economic value and prevent the reasonable development of said Lots 8 and 9, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Ordinance 2505 is hereby amended to: A.
