We have completed a general review of the geotechnical aspects of the plans for the deck and
landscaping project to be constructed at 6811 — 1641h Place Southwest in Edmonds. The plans we
reviewed include: 1) Sheets 1-1.0 through L4.0, which were prepared by Studio 342 dated July 18,
2024 and 2) Sheet S1.0, which was prepared by IL Gross Structural Engineers dated July 17, 2024.
We completed a geotechnical engineering study for this project dated December 21, 2023.
In our judgment, the reviewed plans conform to the recommendations in our geotechnical
engineering study.
