vent 116' out. Tech unable to

some roots in the bottom of the vent
stack. Recommend hydro jetting
line from the roof vent.
Techs found pvc clean out 25' from
the bottom of the roof vent outside
in the backyard. Techs attempted to
scope from the clean out in the
backyard. Line transitions to
concrete right away 1' in from the
clean out. The line makes two turns
and heads from the backyard
parallel to the house towards the
front. 84' out line transitions to 6"
concrete from 4" concrete. 91' out is
the offset the camera was unable to
pass from the roof. 109' out line ties
into the city main. Overall line is in
pretty decent condition, more ware
in the concrete turns in the
15% applicable late fee
