Applicant Response —Waiving Required Documents: Foundation Plan and Electric Vehicle Ready DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

Foundation Plan:
There is no work on the foundation level included in this project scope. All work will be on the ground
level and upper level. There will be no ground disturbance during this project. The addition is limited to a
portion of the upper level, it will be cantilevered, and all new structural support will be installed on the
roof or exterior wall. A foundation plan would not be relevant to this project and should be waived as a
requirement for this permit.
Electric Vehicle Ready:
There is no rework on the garage or driveway included in this project scope; the project focus is on their
interior spaces being expanded and redesigned. There will not be major work or upgrades on the
electrical panel. An EV Ready parking space should be waived as a requirement as it is not related to the
project's goal.
