This letter is to share our intent of the purchase/sale agreement and the timeline to close
the sale to the senior builder permit coordinator, Ms. Denise Nelson, of the city of
Edmonds.

Here are the key information:
1) You and I have agreed to the buy/sale of the property located at 7103 210th St SW
Edmonds WA 98026, to transfer the ownership of the property to you, along with the
building permit to build 6 townhouses.
2) You are actively working on financing and closing the transaction as soon as possible.
3) Your estimated timeline to close the transactions is by March 15th, 2025, or sooner.
