The attached Exhibit A establishes the agreed Scope of Work for outreach and education activities under the ILA for 2025 and details the funding obligations of the City for this work. 2. The attached Exhibit B establishes the agreed Scope of Work for the Community Conservation Bioswale work to be undertaken in 2025 and details the funding obligations of the City for this work. 3. The Parties agree that the adoption of this 2025 Appendix does not modify any of the terms of the ILA, which remain in full force and effect. DATED this _______ day of 2025.
