2025 APPENDIX TO INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY OF EDMONDS AND
SNOHOMISH COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT
FOR JOINT COOPERATIVE SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds, a political subdivision of the State of Washington
(hereinafter “City”), and the Snohomish Conservation District, a Washington municipal
corporation established pursuant to Chapter 89.08 RCW (hereinafter “District”), entered into an
Interlocal Agreement for Joint Cooperative Services for the purpose of undertaking certain
conservation programs and activities, dated December 22, 2020 and in effect January 1, 2021
through December 31, 2025 (hereinafter “ILA”); and
WHEREAS, the ILA provides that the parties will negotiate yearly appendices to the ILA
to establish each year’s scope of work for the agreed upon conservation programs and activities
and the funding obligations related thereto; and
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to the scope of work and the City’s funding obligations
for 2025 and wish to memorialize these agreements; NOW, THEREFORE
In consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived and the promises set forth herein, the
parties agree as follows:
1. The attached Exhibit A establishes the agreed Scope of Work for outreach and
education activities under the ILA for 2025 and details the funding obligations of the
City for this work.
2. The attached Exhibit B establishes the agreed Scope of Work for the Community
Conservation Bioswale work to be undertaken in 2025 and details the funding
obligations of the City for this work.
3. The Parties agree that the adoption of this 2025 Appendix does not modify any of the
terms of the ILA, which remain in full force and effect.

1.3 Youth Education. SCD will provide stormwater
