1. CALL TO ORDER
The Edmonds City Council Committee B meeting was called to order virtually and in the City Council
Conference Room, 121 – 5th Avenue North, Edmonds, at 3:00 pm by Councilmember Nand.
2. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. ILA with Edmonds School District for Key/Fobs for Emergencies
Machado presented an agreement with the Edmonds School District granting access to fobs and keys
to school district buildings in case of emergencies and received questions and feedback.
Committee recommendation: Consent
2. ERP Update Q3-2025
Brian Tuley, IT Manager, provided a quarterly update on the status of the ERP implementation project
and received questions and feedback.
Committee recommendation: Received for Filing
