1. CALL TO ORDER The Edmonds City Council Committee B meeting was called to order virtually and in the City Council Conference Room, 121 – 5th Avenue North, Edmonds, at 3:00 pm by Councilmember Nand. 2. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Arlington Airport Contract Loi Dawkins, Chief of Police, introduced the contract which allows the police department to use airport
facilities for emergency operations vehicles training. Council requested the acronym “EVOC” be spelled out in future submission.

2. Snohomish County Regional Drug Task Force ILA
Loi Dawkins, Chief of Police, introduced the agreement which provides Edmonds police with additional resources as part of the county’s drug task force. Funding would be reallocated from the general fund.

3. Interlocal Agreement for Emergency Management Services Loi Dawkins, Chief of Police, introduced the agreement which would allow the Snohomish County Department of Emergency Management to provide their services to the city.

4. Renewal of the Interlocal Agreement with the Snohomish Conservation District Mike De Lilla, City Engineer, presented the agreement which would be the city’s 3rd renewal to participate in the district subdivision, working to support conservation and the preservation of natural
resources.
