EDMONDS CITY COUNCIL
On March 3, 2026, the Edmonds City Council will hold a public hearing regarding the
following issue:
MORATORIUM ON PERMIT APPLICATIONS WITHIN THE DEER CREEK
CRITICAL AQUIFER RECHARGE AREA (CARA) THAT WOULD REQUIRE
STORMWATER MANAGEMENT
The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of Edmonds Public Safety
Complex, 250 5th Avenue N., Edmonds, Washington. All interested persons are
encouraged to attend and provide oral and/or written comments. Remote participation is
also available via the Zoom. Citizens may connect using a computer or smart phone at:
