The attached Appendix 2026-01 establishes the agreed Scope of Work under the ILA for 2026-2030 and details the funding obligations of the City for each program or activity to be implemented under the ILA. 2. The Parties agree that the adoption of Appendix 2026-01 does not modify any of the terms of the ILA, which remain in full force and effect. Specific educational topics to be determined in partnership with the city, and may include topics such as rainscaping, xeriscaping, and alternatives to lawn. Includes promotion, media, landowner/cooperator follow up, and billing. $2,625 1.3 Rain Garden Tour. SCD will attend and provide technical information at the Edmonds Rain Garden Tour. $500 Youth Education 1.4 Youth Education. SCD will provide stormwater focused youth activities including in-person, virtual, or asynchronous lessons; Envirothon support; field trips and outdoor education; conservation art contests; service-learning projects; and educational activities at community events.
