1. CALL TO ORDER
The Edmonds Council Parks and Public Works Committee meeting was called to order
virtually and in the City Council Conference Room, 121 – 5th Avenue North, Edmonds, at
3:00 pm by Councilmember Olson.
2. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. 2026 1st Quarter Job Order Contracting (JOC) Report Only One Reading Required –
Public Works and Utilities
Thom Sullivan, Facilities Manager, provided a report on first quarter job order
contracting and the benefit to the city.
Committee Recommendation: Informational
2. City Hall Roof Replacement - Job Order Contract (JOC) First Reading – Public Works and
Utilities
Thom Sullivan, Facilities Manager, briefed Council on the need to replace the roof
at City Hall.
Council recommended the item move to a future consent agenda.
Committee Recommendation: Move to Consent Agenda
3. Adoption of Safety Action Plan First Reading – Engineering
Bertrand Hauss, Transportation Engineer, presented on the proposed City Safety
Action Plan and requested that Council place it on a future consent agenda.
Council recommended that the item move to the full council.

4.Supplemental Agreement 4 for Highway 99 Revitalization Project - Stage 3 First Reading
–Engineering
Bertrand Hauss, Transportation Engineer, presented the proposed supplemental
agreement #4 for the stage 3 Highway 99 Revitalization project and requested that
it move to a future consent agenda.
Council recommended that the item move to a future consent agenda.

5.Supplemental Agreement 1 for Hwy 99 Revitalization Project - Stage 4 First Reading –
Engineering
Bertrand Hauss, Transportation Engineer, presented the proposed supplemental
agreement #1 for the stage 4 Highway 99 Revitalization project and requested that
it move to a future consent agenda.
Council recommended that the item move to a future consent agenda.
