President’s Report: Sheila Cloney, Ed! President, reported on the purpose and mission of the
BID, thanked and introduced the board members, thanked Carrie Hulbert, Whitney Popa and
Matt Hulbert, and described the committees.
Year In Review by Ed! Board and Program Manager:
Sheila Cloney: Reviewed why and how Ed! was created, categories covered in the ordinance,
and an overview of the BID refresh.
Jen Lawson: Marketing and Communication updates including the mission of the committee, the
website, directory, and feature articles, current programs including Business Spotlights, Digital &
Social, Holiday, Summer, Love Edmonds.
Carrie Hulbert: Appearance & Environment updates including the downtown map, courtesy
umbrellas, After Hours Parking signs, directional flags.
Liz Morgan: Communication and Outreach updates including member outreach, swag for new
members, putting on the Annual Meeting, Main Street Conference and My Edmonds News
sponsored content.
Sheila Cloney: Work Plan and Budget updates including the 2025 budget actuals, 2026 budget,
board nominees, how to get involved.
New Board Members Announced: Olivia Brown Latham (Sugarology Edmonds), Jen Lawson
(Crow), Liz Morgan (FIELD/Morgan & Moss)
Public Comment: Discussion about what businesses will be doing during FIFA World Cup
