PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
EDMONDS CITY COUNCIL
On August 18, 2026, at 11:00am, the Edmonds City Council will hold a public hearing
regarding the following topic:
EXTENDING INTERIM ORD. 4430, ON ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATIONS
FOR ANY PERMIT OR AUTHORIZATION TO ALTER LAND, WATER,
VEGETATION, OR TO CONSTRUCT ANY STRUCTURE OR
IMPROVEMENT WHICH WOULD TRIGGER STORMWATER
MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS IN THE DEER CREEK CRITICAL
AQUIFER RECHARGE AREA (CARA)
Staff and council members will attend the hearing virtually via Zoom; members of the
public are encouraged to do the same. To participate remotely, visit

4261). For those unable to access the virtual meeting, in -person participation will be
hosted in the Council Conference room at 121 5t" Ave N, Edmonds WA 98020. Written
comments may be submitted any time at the following link:
https://www.edmondswa.gov/publiccommeni. (Comments submitted after 5.00 p.m. on
the Wednesday preceding the hearing may be included in the next regular meeting's
materials due to publication timelines.)
