The Edmonds City Council meeting was called to order at 12:30 pm by Mayor Rosen
in the Council Conference Room, 121 5th Avenue North, Edmonds, and virtually.

1. SCF RFA Potential Action - Recommendation to SCF RFA Commissioners Second Reading
– City Council Office
Council did not take any action.
