Meeting called to order: 8:03
Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes (4/9 & 4/23): Jen Lawson makes a motion to
approve, Olivia 2nds. Motion passes.
Public Comment: Porchfest Hosts Needed - Liz Morgan, Edmonds Art festival party is on
June 17th at the plaza - Beth Sanger.

Public Comment: Beth Sanger - Edmonds Arts Festival party is a big fundraiser, tickets are
available on the website. June 17th @ 7pm.
President's Report. -
Election of New Officers -
Carrie hands out physical ballots for those in person and zoom poll for voting for
online participants.
President - Sheila Cloney (7 votes)
Vice President - Olivia Brown Latham (7 votes)
Secretary - Liz Morgan (7 votes)
Treasurer - Jen Lawson (7 votes)
World Cup - The "Big Roar" web page is live (https://www.exr)loreedmonds.com/bici-roar).
Edmonds branded merchandise can be posted on this page. Interested businesses should
contact Ryan from the chamber of commerce.
Ed!/Chamber/City Relationship - Sheila has asked the mayor to meet to discuss our
relationship with the Chamber and the city. Sheila, Carrie, and Liz to meet with the Chamber.
Olivia - the chamber is unique especially with the Explore Edmonds component. She's
encouraged by Sheila's efforts to meet with the chamber on -going.
Treasurers Report: Assessments have gone out. Please pay them.
Olivia - will there be an option in the future to pay assessments online? Megan will ask.
New Business in BID:
• Dreamcomber LLC (3rd)
• Emerald City Smoothies (5th)
Liz to welcome new businesses on behalf of the BID, with an in -person visit and Ed! swag.
City Report:
Megan - Todd will be leaving the city and his last day is June 5th. There is a new City
Administrator to start on June 29th - Stephanie Lucash. There's a lot of transition
happening.
Admin/Committee Updates:

Sheila - The Main Street Study Group will be a new committee. Brandon, Olivia, Connie to
be members of this committee. To start meeting in June to kick off research and
discussion.
Survey Results - 15 responses out of 400.
Marketing -
Carrie - working on Lovin' Summer campaign. Clings, stickers, flags to be ordered. Will look into
Brouhaha for September.
Budget Approval - Jen moves to approve 3500 for Love in Summer. Liz 2nds the motion. No
Discussion. Motion passed.
Communication and Outreach -
Ed! After Hours to be launched in September 2026. An FAQ and Sign Up form will be sent out to
members.
Appearance & Environment -
This committee will be taking a break for the remainder of the year. They have met their
objectives for 2026.
