Councilmember Chen called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm.
2. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. July 2026 Monthly Financial Report First Reading – Finance
Kisha Post, Finance Specialist, and Richard Gould, Finance Director, presented the July
2026 financial report, including year-to-date (YTD) revenues and expenditures.
