2. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Proposed Interlocal Agreement regarding Lynnwood Neighborhood Center First Reading
– Municipal Court
Omar Gamez, Assistant Court Administrator, presented on the need for an interlocal
agreement with the City of Lynnwood for use of the Lynnwood Neighborhood Center for
community court.
Council Recommendation: Move item to a future consent agenda.
2. Short Plat Vacation Interim Ordinance First Reading – Planning and Development
Services
Mike Clugston, Planning & Development Director, provided background into the process
behind the vacation of a short plat and the need for Council action.
Council Recommendation: Move item to full Council.
3. ERP Update Fifth Reading and Beyond – Information Services
Brian Tuley, Information Services Manager, updated Council on the status of the new
Enterprise Resource Planning system.
Council Recommendation: Informational
