During her tenure she presided over the business of the City Council with steadfast dedication, using her knowledge, experience, and expertise to manage the day-to-day administration of the City Council and to communicate with and embrace the concerns of Edmonds citizens, City staff, and other elected officials: Whereas, during her term, Council President Johnson approached her duties diligently – comprising herself of all the facts and ensuring that the Council as a body had all the relevant information needed to make informed decisions.
