ORDINANCE NO. 20.
An ordinance to assess and levy a road poll tax for the,year
1892, on each and every male inhabitant of the Town of Edmonds,
between the ages of twenty-one and fifty years.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Edmonds.
SECTION 1: That the road poll tax for the year 1892 be, and )JO-a
the same, is hereby assessed and levied at the sum of two ($2.00)
dollars, or one days' work on streets under the supervision of
the street Commissioner on each and every male inhabitant of the
Town of Edmonds between the ages of twenty-one and fifty years.
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
