An Ordinance fixing a penalty for violating an Ordinance.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Edmonds.
'SECTION 1: That the violation of any ordinance or ordinances,
` rr any section or part thereof, passed heretofore b the Council

of the Town of Edmonds, or that may. be passed hereafter by the
said Council, shall be deemed a misdemeanor and any person or
persons violating any such Ordinance or Ordinances, or any Section
or part thereof, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a
fine of not less than five ($5.00) dollars nor more than fifty
(50.00) dollars, or by imprisonment not exceeding twenty days, or
by both such fine and imprisonment.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force, from and after its passage, publication and approval.
