An Ordinance making certain acts misdemeanors and providing
punishment for the violation of the provisions of this Ordinance.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Edmonds.
4�wo,SECTIO-d 1: That the assembling of two or more persons, who
hd 1 in any way disturb any public meetings or religious services
held within the limits of the town of Edmonds, are hereby declared
to be misdemeanors
kSECTIO-W 2: Any person or persons convicted under the provi-
�G01ions of this act shall be fined not less than five, nor more than
'en dollars and imprisonment in the city jail not more than ten
days, or both in the discretion of the Justice before whom they
shall be tried.
�n�y, IkSECTIO-i 3: It shall be the duty of the Marshal of the Town
/�V` Edmonds to arrest any person or persons found in the act of
r� violating the provisions of this Ordinance.
