bn Ordinance establishing the grade of Dayton Street and approv-
ir.�g the plar•s, specifications and profile for the improvement of j
said Dayton Street within the City of Edmords, State of 'Washington.
The Council of the City of Edmords do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That the official gutter grade of Dayton Street,
from the Right-of-way of the Great Tortherr, Railway to the east line
of Tinth Street, is hereby established at the following -elevations
in feet above the level of mean low tide in Paget Sound at the foot
of George Street in the City of Edmords.,�v

urder the direction_ of the City Council, now or file in the office
of the City Clerk of Edmonds, be, and the same are hereby, approved
and they are hereby declared official.
SECTION 4: That the datum plans of which are referred the 01a; W
elevations of grade, is the level of low tide in 2uget Sound at the

foot of George Street, City of Edmonds, assumed at zero which
datum plane is 53.75 feet below fire plug at corner of Second
and Bell Streets grade established.
