An Ordinance vacating the alley between Fourth and Sixth Streets
north of Block 119 in the plate of the City of Edmonds, in said
City of Edmonds.
Whereas, upon petition of School District L o-lb, the City
r+ ouncil fixed the 2nd, day of August 1911, at the hour of 8 p.m. for
the hearing of objections to said petition to vacate said alley,
and directed the Clerk to give public notice of the pendency of such
petition; and
Whereas, It appears to said Council that said notice was given
in the manner provided by law, and that no objections to said pe-
'f' titior: hEve been made to the same, therefore,
The City Council of the City of Edmonds do ordain as follows:
z SECTIOE 1: That the alley lying Forth of Block 119 in the plat
of the City of Edmondg, as the same appears of record, the same be-

ing all of the property used as such alley, between Fourth and
Sixth Streets in said City, be and the same is hereby vacated
and closed to public use, and the City of Edmonds disclaims all
further rights to the use of the same for public purposes.
SECTIOL 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval, and its publication as
the law directs.
