The pity Council of the City of Edmonds do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Section 2 of Ordir.arce t o.209, entitled "! Qz

the City of Edmonds, fixing a penalty for the violation thereof,
and repealing Ordinances Nos. 126, 135 and all Ordinances and parts

ah SECTIOM 2: Ary of ;the arimals described in Seotior One of
his Ordinance found running at large within the limits of the
ity of Edmonds may be taker up by any person and delivered to the
C ty Marshal or a police officer of the City or to the person in
harge of the Pound, and it shall be the duty of the City Marshal
and all police officers to receive any animal so delivered and
to take up all animals rurning at large within the limits of the
City of Edmonds and impour-d the same in a Pound or enclosure.
Such animals shall be provided with proper care, feed and water
while so corfined.
SECTI0N 3: This Ordinance shall take effect and
from and after its passage by the Council and approval
