An'Ordinance making it unlawful to tie ary boat, scow, crib or
log to the City Dock, except upon permit granted therefor, and pre-
scribing a penalty for the violat:�on therefor.
The City Council of the City of Edmonds do ordain_ as follows:
1! f SECTIOL 1: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or cbr-
JU oration to tie any boat, scow, crib or log to the City Dock, ex-
2 kept upon permit granted soto do by the Wharfinger.
' SECTIO1: 2: In issuing sachpermit, the person to whom the same
is grarted shall sign an agreement to pay the City all damage it
may sustain by reason of the tyeing of such boat, scope, crib
log to said City Dock, whether such damage be caused by the
of God or otherwise.

SECTIOP1 3: Any person violating the provisions of this
dinance shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $100.00.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage, approval by Mayor and publica-
tion required by law.
