An prdira44e prohibitirig dogs from running at large upon
the streets, alleys, and other thoroughfares or public places
in the City of Edmonds, and providing a penalty therefor.
Be it ordaired by the City Council of the City of Edmonds:
SECTI4I. l: That hereafter no dogs shall be allowed to run
at large upon the Streets, Avenues, Alleys,and other thoroughfares
or public places within the limits of the City of Edmonds.
SECTI01, 2: That any dog hereafter found running at large in
any of the places enumerated in the preceding Section, will be

taken it charge by the City Marshal and killed. The owner of any
dog or dogs so found running at large, in violation of this Ordi-
narce shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fired
ir any sum not exceeding Twenty-five (25) Dollars, or sentenced to &/�ta4
serve not more than ter (10) days in the City jail, or by both such
fire and imprisonment.
Passed by the City of Edmonds in regular session this 6th day
of June, 1922, and approved by me the same date. A�
