places ir. the City of Edmonds, Washington and providing for the
comfort c orverieLce a.nd safety of the public in the use of the
same and providing a penalty for the violation thereof" by adding
four Yew Sections thereto, to be known as Sections U, 13, 10 and
ID.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Edmonds, as
follows:
SECTIOD 1: Th4 Ordinance L o. 251 of the City of Edmonds, be
and the same is here,y amended by adding thereto a new Section, to
be known as Section JA, which said Section shall read as follows:
OOckl "Section IA: All vehicles turnir_g west into Main Street from
South Fifth Street shall describe a course such that they shall at
all times keep at least sixteen feet from the Southwest curb in-
j3 tersection of said Fifth and fain Streets, likewise all traffic
turning South into, Fifth Street from Main Street West, shall de -
" scribe a course such that they shall at all times keep within six-
rIVVV,y teen feet of said iz tersection. All traffic turning north into
Third Street froin Mair Street East, shall describe a course such
that at all times sudh vehicles shall be within sixteen feet of
the rartheast curb iiptersectior. of Main and Third Streets. All
traffic turning east into Main Street from Third Street Eorth shall
pursue a course suchithat at all times such vehicles shall be av
least sixteen feet away from such intersectior_."
SECTIOI, 2: Than Ordinance lo.251 of the City of Edmonds be,
and the same, is,hereby amended by adding thereto a new, Section to
be known as Section 1B, which said Section shall read as follows:
"Section 1B: There shall be hereafter no double parking of
6 utomobiles or other vehicles on either side of Main Street be -
weer Fourth and Fifth Streets in the City of Edmonds."

SECTIM 3: That Ordinance bo.251 be amended by adding there-- ,
to a new Section to be known as Section 10, reading as follows:
"It shall be unlawful for vehicles to be parked within ten
feet of the property lire at the Southwest intersection of Fifth
and Main Streets in the City of Edmonds. This prohibition to ap-
ply on both the Mair Street and the Fifth Street side of such
intersect ion."
SECTI01 4: That Ordinance No.251 be amended by adding thereto—
a new Section to be krowr as Section 1D reading as follows;
"Vehicles shall not park within fifteen feet on either.side of
any fire hydrant in the City of Edmor_ds."
SECTIM 5: This Ordir_arce shall take effect arc- be in full
force and effect from and after its passage by the City Council
of the City of Edmonds, its signature by the Mayor and its publi-
cation according to law.
