An Ordinance vacating Seventh Street from the forth line. of
Dayton Street to the South line o-";sin Street, and the alley in
Block Eighty-eight (88) of the Plat of the City of Edmonds. r
WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds {2/3) of the
private property abutting upon the Street and alley herein
sought to be vacated, duly filed their petition with the City
Council of the City of Edmonds praying for the vacation of said:���
Street and alley; and
the City Council of said City did, by Resolution, ,
duly adopted, fix the 17th day of January, 1928, at the hour oft'9IuhIII�
eight o'clock P.M., of said day for the hearing and determina-
tion of said petition; and
WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of the
hearing and determination of said petition has been duly given
by the City Clerk of said City as required by law; and

person appeared or objected and no objections of any kind were T4 ;r
made to the granting of said petition; and
ITHEREQS, it appearing to the City Council that said petition
should be granted, the said City Council does hereby determine
to vacate said portion of said Street and alley, now therefore,
The City of Edmords does ordain.
SECTIOI 1: That all of the alley in Block Eighty-eight (88)
of the Plat of the City of Edmonds, and Seventh Street from the ����
T orth line of Dayton Street to the South line of Main Street, be
and the same is, hereby vacated and the title to the land in said
Street and alley above described is hereby declared to vest in
the abutting property owners as provided by law.
