relating to the re;._t11,.tior of its Water Department, by adding there-
to a new Section, rovidirg for a charge for meter inspection.

Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Edmonds:
SECTIOE 1: That Ordinance 1Go.413 of the City of Edmor_ds be,
ar_d the same is, hereby amended by adding thereto a new Section
to be known as Section 22A reading as follows:
SECTIOi 22A: Upon request of any water user irspectior of .. cA
the water meter for his premises shall be made by the Water Depart-W
mert. A deposit of Three Dollars ($3.00) shall be made with such,,
request to cover the cost of inspection. Ir the evert such meter
is fourd to be over registerirg such deposit shall be returned
to the depositor, otherwise, it shall be retained by the City.
SECTIOL 2: All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
