of Edmonds entitled "An Ordinance providing for the purchase and
acquisition by the City of Edmonds of a new Pamper for the Fire
Department, providing for the issuance of emerganey warrants in pay-
ment therefor and declaring an emergency!.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE comeIL OF THE CITY OF M0U :
SECTION' I: That Section 3 of Ordinance I o. 508 of the City of
Edmonds, entitled as above set forth, be aard-the same ishereby amend-
ed to read as follows:
SECTICE 3: That the estimated cost and
expenditures required to purchase
said Pamper for the Fire Department is yhe sum
of $1890, 85 whisk sum shall be paid by the
issuance of emergency warrants drawn on the
fund properly chargeable therewith.
SECTIOj 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be Jr full force a
and effect upon its passage and publication as required by law.
