revenue to carry or the several departments of said City for the
ersuirg year as required by law; appropriating the same to. the
several furls for said fiscal year,ard providing for the eollectior

WHEREAS the City Courcil of the City of Edmonds, State of
Washirgtor,havirg heard all persons askirg to be heard for and
agairst the preliminary budget, heretofore adopted for the ersuirg
year, due rotice havirg beer giver as required by law and row this
