complete improvement shall be corstructed ir accordance with
the plars and specificatiors prepared ard filed by the City
Ergir:eer,
TOW THEREFOR, the City of Edmords does Ordair:
SECTI01I That Daytor. and Mair Streets betweer Eighth ard Lirth
Streets, and Eighth and I ir..th Streets from Mair to Laytor Streets
shall be improved by the corstructior of a six irch (6") and ar
eight irch (8") corcrete or vitrified clay lateral sewer alorg
the alley ir. Bloch Severty-s evrr. (77) ir the Plat of the City
of Edmords, therceT,ortherly alorg Eighth Street to correct with
the existing marhole at :_

Eighth arc" Mair Streets; together with the r.ecessary manholes,
catch basics and other apperterarces recessary to make a complete
improvemert, all ir, accordance with the plars ard specificatiors
prepaired order the directior of the City Engineer, which plars
and specificatiors are or file with the City Clerk and are hereby
adopted ard approved.
SECTIOI 2; That the labor or such improvemtr:_t shall be
furrished by the Works Progress Ad.miristratior_ or ary other
Federal grart labor; that the costs and experses of such improve-
mert (exclusive of labor) shall be borre by and assessed agairst
the property included ir the assessment district hereir created
ir accordarce with law.
SECTIOI 3: There is hereby established a Local Improve-
mer.t District to be called Local Improvemert District 10. 49,
which district shall irclude the followirg described property,
to -wit: Lots ore (1) to Thirty-eight (38) inclusive, Block
Seventy -sever (77), City of Eamords, Sr:,ohomish Courty, Stateof
Washirgt or .
SECTIOL 4: A special fur_d is hereby crested to be called
Local Improvement Iris-6rict r`urd I o. 49, which shall corsist in
the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied ard coll-
ected or the several lots and parcels of lard ir said Local Imp-
rovemert District ard the proceeds of the sale of the BoLcls of the
aaid 1Istrict for the purpose of defraying the costs ard experses
of such improvemert. Out of said ford shall be paid the Boras,
the irterest thereor, ard the ertire cost of such improvement,
except the cost of labor, as hereir provided.
SECTIOI' 5: The costs and expenses of such improvemert
shall be defrayed by special assessmerts payable ir ter (10)
equal arrual irstallemrts with irterest thereor at the rate of
five per cert (5%4 per arrum under the mode of "Paymert by Bonds"
as provided by law and the Ordirarces of said City.
Boras bearing irterest at the rate of five per cert (5%) per
ar.num, payable on or before twelve (12) years from date of issue,
shall be issued it paymert of the costs ard experses of such
improvemert, or the City of Edmor:ds may, at its electior, sell
said Boras ard make paymert ir cash it the warner provided by
law and the Ordirarces of said City/
SECrTIOI 6: That the estimated cost of said improvemert
(exclusive of labor) is the sum of rive Hur_dred ard Twer_.tyItwo
Dollars and Severity -five cents ( 522.754.
Section 7: That the total assessed valuatior of all the
real estate ircluded in said assessmert district is Eleven
Hurdred ard Thirty Dollars ($1130.00) .
Section 8: That the costs ara experses of said improvemert
To be borre by and assessed agairst the property of the said
assessmert district, and for which Bords of said district are
to be issued, shall rot irclude the cost of labor upon said
improvemert, which labor is to be furnished by Federal Fumds
urder the W. P. A. plar of Pederal Government or ary other
Federal grart of labor.
