An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment atd
assessmert roll of Local Improvemert District 1`o. 47, for the im-
provement of the Alley between Fourth Street and Fifth Street ir the
City of Edmords, from a point Three Hundred Fifty (350) feet South
of the cert er line of Daytor_ Street South along the center lire of
said Alley produced a distarce of Sever Hundred Fifty (750) feet,by
the construction of an eight inch (8") concrete lateral sewer, to-
gether with the necessary marholes, catch basirs Era other appurt-
erarces receasary t.o make a complete improvemert all in accordarce
with Resolution fo. 101 of the City of Edmords, levyirg an assessment
on account thereof agairst the several lots, tracts and parcels of
lard as shown or said roll, provid.irg for the iEsua.r_ce of bons
therefor ard fixing the date of the issuance thereof.

Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local
Improvemert Distriot Io. 47, for the improvement of the Alley be-
tween Fourth Street ard Fifth Street ir_ the City of Edmonds, from

Daytor Street South along the center line of said alley produced
a distance of Sever Hurared Fifty (750) feet, by the oorstructior

to make a complete improvement all ir accordance with Resolution
-:o. 101 of the City of Edmords, as the same now stands, be ar_d
the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed.
Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts ard parcels of lard
or other property shown or said roll is hereby declared to be
specially berefited by said improvemert in at least the amount
charged agairst the same ard that the assesmert ap_�earirg agairst

the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearirg
upon said roll and there is hereby levied ar assessment against
each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing
upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
Section 3: That the 1st day of Lovember ,1939,
is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bares required
to be issued or account of said improvement.
Section 4: The City of Edmonds may sell said bonds and make
payment in cash in the manner provided by the Orairarce of said
city.
