levying as assessmert or account thereof agairst the several

viding for the issuixce of bonds therefor and fixing the date
of the issuance thereof.

the necessary mar,ho es, and other appurtenances necessary to
make a complete improvement all ir accordance with Ordir_arce
lo. 527, of the Oit of Edmonds, vs the same row stances, be and
the same is hereby r_. all things approved and confirmed.
Sectior 2: That each of the lots, tracts ard parcels
of lard or other property showr or said roll is hereby declared
to be specially ber.fited by said improvemert in at least the
amourt charged against the same and that the assessmert appear-
ir.:g agairst the sam is it proportior to the several assessmerts
appearirg upon said roll and there is hereby levied ar assessmert
agairst each lot, t act and parcel of lard and other property
appearirg upor said roll the amount firally charged agairst the

same thereon.
Section 3: That the 1 day of March, 1940, is hereby
fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be
issued or account of said improvement.
Section 4: The City of Edmonds may sell said bonds
and make paymert ir_, cash in the marrer provided by the Ordinan-
ces of said City.
