improvement of the easterly side of Third '.street , in the City •
of 'Edmonds, by the construction of a 12" combined sanitary and
stor_; lateral sewer along the easterly side of Third '.street
fro.:: .+alnut 'street to :rbin '.drive; also to improve the alley
bet-::een Third 'Street and Fourth 'Street, in said city, fron a
point 564,25 feet south of the center line of Dayton "Street;
thence south to the south lire of Section 23, Township 27
north, mange 5, 'mast �r.i. by the construction of an 8" com-
bined sanitary and storm lateral sewer; also to improve ;Ialnut
'street, in, said city, by the construction, along the center lire
thereof, from the alley between Third '.street and .2ourth Street
Vest to Thaid 'Street of a combined 8" sanitary and storm lateral
sewer, together with the necessary aanholes,catch basing and
other apper-tenanees necessary to make a complete improvement, all
in accordance with i:esolution l08 of the City of Edmonds, levying
an assessment on account thereof ag :.inst the several lots, tracts
and parcels or land as shown on said roll, providing for the issu-
ance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance
thereof.

street, in said city, from a point 504,25 feetsonth of the center
line of Layton Street, thence south to the south line of Section

of an 8" combined sanitary and storm lateral sewer; also to im-
prove dalnat :street, in said city, bu the construction, along: the
center line thereof, from the alley between Third 'street and
'ourth 'street ;test of Third. 'street of a combined 8" sanitary and
storm lateral sewer, together :-with the necessary manholes, catch
basins and other appatenances necessary to make a complete im-
provement, all in accordance with resolution Lo.108 of the City
of .LdnDnd.s , as the same now stands, be and the sane is hereby in
all things approved a d. confirmed.
Section 2: That eacj of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or
other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially
benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against
the same and that the assessment appearin ; against the same is in
proportion to the sevearl assessments appearin3. upon said roll
and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot,tract
and parcel of land 4,id other property appearing upon said roll the
amount finally charged against the same thereon.
Section That the 5ed day of 3; ovemb er , 1941 , is hereby
fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds recuired to be
issued on account o.t said improvement.
Section 4: The City of Edmonds may sell said bonds and inae
payment in cash in he manner provided by the Ordinances o said
city.
