WHEriELZ the City Council of the City of Edmonds, State of Washington, having heard all persons asking to be heard for and against the preliminary budget, hereto- 311 fore adopted for the ensuing year, due notice having been given as required by- law and now this 2ndof October 1944, final budget having been adopted and the Council having determined the amoant necessary -to be paid on the current assessentrrol1 as general taxes for the ensuing year and appropriating the same as in this Ordinance described therefore: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 02 EDMONDS D0 ORDAIN LS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
