ORDINANCE N0. 564
An Ordinance vacating the West one hundred twenty (120) feet
of the alley in Block 121, Plat of the City of Edmonds, Sno-
homish County, Washington.
WHEREAS, the owners of,more than two-thirds of the private
property abutting upon that portion of the alley hereinafter
described, in the ¢ity.af Edmonds, duly filed their Petitidn
with the City Council of the City of Edmonds, praying for the
vacation of said alley; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the said City did by Resolution
duly adopted fix the 5th day of November, 1946 at the hour of
eight o'clock P. 14, of said day for the hearing and determin-
ation of Said Petition; and
WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing
and determination on said petition has been duly given by the
City Clerk as required by law; and
WHEjEAS, it appearing to the City Council that the said Petition
should be granted and the said, Council does hereby determine
to vacate said portion of such alley; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL 02 THE CITY OF EDMONDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1; That the West one hundred twenty (120) feet of the
alley in Block 12]., Plat of the City of Edmonds, Edmanda,
Snohomish County, Washington, be and the same is hereby vacated
as a public alley.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Edmonds this 7th day
of January 1947.
