AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAWS OF 1945 CHAPTER
126 RCW SECTIONS 35. 13. 130, 35. 13. 140 and 35. 13. 150, AND COMPLYUT-G
WITH THE PROCEDURE THEREIN SET FORTH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: - That there i,as been filed with the City Council a petition
in writing signed by t:,e owners of more than seventy-f ive percent (7511) of the
assessed value of the said ,,roperty according to the assessed v-tluation of the
real proper' described in said petition, that " ie said pet iti on sets forth a
legal description of the said real property; that the said petition was accom-
panied by a plat or drawing ,, *lint:.g the boundaries of the property sought to
be annexed.
Section 2: - That Tuesday, October 4th, was set as a date for a
public hearing on said petit ion; that notice of such hearing has be n published
in the Edmonds Tribune -Review, a newsp.per of general circulation in the City
of Edmonds; that notice of such heari ng was also posted in three (3) public
places within the territory proposed for annexation: that said notices specified
the time and place of such hearin.: and tnvit ed interested persons to appear and
voice approval or disapproval of the annexation; that the expense of publication
and posting of said notices was born by t I:e signers of the petition.
Section 3: - : hat thn, fol lowing described property located in the
County of Snohomish, State of Washington, to wit:
Beginning at the Northeast cornet of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 25, Township 27 North, Range 3 East, W. M; thence
Southwesterly along the nort herly line of the County Road
3' 8. 58 feet; to a point 210 feet MR , south )f the north line
of aforesaid Southwest Quart er: thence West to the east line
of the West Half of the East IIalf of said Southwest Quarter;
thence South along the said east line to the southeast corner
of the West Ha.f of the East half of the Southwest Quarter;
thence West along the south ,ine of said Southwest Quarter
to the southwest corner of the Sout :east Quart er of the
Southwest 'Quarter of Section 25; thence North to the Northwest
corner of the Southwest Quarter of thr Sout he:,st Quart er of

The Southwest Quarter of Section 25; thence west along the
south line of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of said Section 25, to the west line of
the Southwest Quarter of Sect,un 25; thence North along
the west line of the Southwest Quarter and t he Northwest
Quarter of Section 25, to the northwest corner of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25; thence East
along the present City Limits, to the northeast corner of the
West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 25; thence sout h to the southeast corner of the
aforesaid W st Half of the Southwest (wart er of the North-
west Quarter; thence East to the point of beginning.

All of Block 1, and Block 2, less Lot 1, 1 the plat of South Park
Addition to Edmonds as r. corded in plat thereof, records of
Snohomish County,
be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Edmonds, effective t .e 4th
day of Octiber, 1955.,
