through 19, inclusive, of Mock 80, Plat of the City of
Edmonds, according to the plat thereof, :records of Snohomish
County, Was..ington,
by improving Sprague Street contiguous and adjacent to said property with a
bituminous road -type paving mix together with the installation, along said
street, of standard curbs and gutters, necessary storm sewers and appurtenances,
and such other work as may be necessary to make a complete improvement; all
in accordance with resolution of Intention No. 121 and Ordinance ".o. E63 of
the City of Edmonds, .ashington; levying an assessment on account thereof
against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown or, said Roll;
providing for the issuance of Bends therrfor and fixing the date of the
issuance thereof.

Section. 1. That the assessment anc assessment roll of Local Improve-
ment District .o. 75 for the improvement of the following described property:
Lots 20 through 31, inclusive, of 'D.ock 81, and Lots 10
through 19, inclusive, of :lock 80, Flat of the City of
Edmonds, according to the plat tharcof, Records of :Snohomish
County, .iashington,
by grading and leveling Sprague Street from the centor line of Ninth Avenue
westerly to the west line of Lot 31, ,"lock 71, and Lot 10 of 'lock 80, and
paving said street with a bituminous road -type paving nix, together with the
installation of standard curbs and gutters, necessary storm sewers and
appurtenances, and such other work as may be necessary to sake a complete
improvement, all in accordance with Resolution of Intention !o. 121 and
Crdin:urce !o. 663 as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all
things arp roved and confirmed.
ciection 2. That each of the lots, tracts and rarcels of land, or other
property shown on said !.oll, is hereby declared to be specifically benefitted
by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and
that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the

several assessments appearing upon said Roll, and there is `x reby levied an
assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land ar:-: other property
appearing upon said Roll in the amount finally charged against the same
thereon.
