ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT AND ASSESS-
MENT ROLL OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 76 FOR TIIE IMPROVE-
MENT OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: ALL OF BLOCK 12, PLAT
OF EDMONDS, ACCORDING TO THE PJ.AT THEREOF, RECORDS OF SNOHOMISH
COUNTY, WASHINGTON, BY PAVING THE ALLEY BETWEEN SUNSET AVENUE
AND SECOND STREET, FROM MAIN STREET TO BELL STREET, AND DOING
SUCH OTHER WORK AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO MAKE A COMPLETE ALLEY
IMPROVEMENT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.
12J AND ORDINANCE NO. 679 OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON.
LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT ON ACCOUNT THEREOF AGAINST THE SEVERAL
LOTS, TRACTS AND PARCELS OF LAND AS SHOWN ON SAID ROLL; PROVIDING
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS THEREFOR AND FIXING THE DATE OF THE
ISSUANCE THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY C F EDMONDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Imp'ove-
ment District No. 76 for the improvement of the following described property:
All of Block 12, Plat of Edmonds, according to
the Plat thereof, records of Snohomi sh Count y,
Washington,
by paving the alley between Sunset Avenue anu Second Street, from Main Street to
Bell Street, and doing such other work as may be necessary to make a complete
alley improvement, all in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 125 and
Ordinance No. 679 as the sarne now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things
approved and confirmed.
Section 2: That earn of t iie lot s, tracts and parcels of land, or other
property shown on said Roll, is hereby declared to be specif ically benef itted by
said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the
assessment appearing against t he same is in proportion to the several assess-
• ments appearing upon said Roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against
each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said Roll in
the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
Section 3: That the 22nd day of April , 1957,

is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the Bonds required to be issued on
account of said improvement.
