ASSESSMENT ROLL OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 60 FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: A PORTION
OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 27 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST, W. M. , SNOHOMISH
COUNTY, WASHINGTON, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO -WIT: BEGINNING

ACCOUNT THEREOF AGAINST THE SEVERAL LOTS, TRACTS AND PARCELS
OF LAND AS SHOWN ON SAID ROLL;, PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE
BONDS THEREFOR, AND FIXING THE DATE OF THE ISSUANCE THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Imraiement
District No. 80 for the improvement of the following described property:
A portion of Sect ion 25, Township 27 North, Range 3
East, W. M., Snohomish County, Washington, described as
follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Nort hwest

section line; thence West 45 feet to the point of beginning,
by the construction of a lateral sanitary sewer system together with the neces-
sary manholes and of her appurtenances necessary to make a complete improve-
ment, all in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 128 and Ordinance
No. 692-A, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things
approved acid confirmed.
Section 2. That each of the lot s, tracts and parcels of land, or other
property shown on said Roll, is hereby declared to be specially benefit ed by
said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that
the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several
assessments appearing upon said Roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment
against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other propert y appearing upon
said Roll in the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
Section '3. That Ltr day of , 1957, is
nereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the Bonds requ ed to be issued on
