AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING ORDINANCE NO. 699 OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WHICH SAID ORDINANCE NO. 699, AMONG OTHER THINGS, DESCRIBED CER-
TAIN PROPERTY IN LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 81, CORRECTING
THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 699.
• WHEREAS, on May 7, 1957, the City Council of the City of Edmonds passed
Ordinance No. 699, wherein certain property was described as being withinthe
boundaries of Local Improvement District No. 81, Lnd
WHEREAS, the boundaries of said Local Improvement District No. 81
comprised all of an unrecorded plat and other property, and the said unrecorded
plat has since had a slight alteration in the legal description,
NOW, THEREFORE, T"E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS
DOES ORDAIN:
That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 699, reading as follows:
Section 3. That there is hereby established a Local Improvement
District to be called Local Improvement District No. 31, which district
shall include the following described property, to -wit:
That portion of the northwest quarter of Section 24,
TuwnShip 27 north, range 3 east, W. M., described as
follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of the north-
east quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 24;
thence north 38034145" west 125.00 feet; thence north
1003113" east 340.00 feet; thence south 88o34'45" east
49.81 feet; thence north 1003113" east 319.07 feet;
thence south 89006' east 284. 15 feet; thence south
